2025 SUMMER COMPETITIVE SPEED CLASS

Enhance your athleticism with GDPerform’s Competitive Speed Program, designed for JUCO, Division 3, and Varsity High School athletes striving to unlock their full speed potential. Whether you’re a high school athlete preparing for college recruitment or a D3 athlete pushing to maximize in-game performance or a JUCO athlete preparing for D1 ball, this program equips you to develop elite-level speed and injury resilience necessary to stand out in combines, camps, and competition. Backed by proven sports performance methods and professional-level coaching, athletes will improve speed attributes (acceleration, deceleration, top-end velocity, change of direction, overall movement efficiency, and endurance), strength attributes (full-body force production, explosiveness, and multi-directional power), and intangible attributes (balance, coordination, athletic IQ, teamwork, and leadership). All training takes place in a structured, competitive, and Christ-centered environment, where athletes are challenged to grow not only in performance—but in purpose. Classes will meet twice per week on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm and Saturdays from 7:30am to 8:30am at Wheaton Academy. This program is designed to supplement athletes’ organized sports and core training programs and is perfect for athletes looking to excel in football, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, soccer, track, volleyball and other competitive sports.

  • Class Schedule: June 2, 2025 - August 16, 2025 (11 weeks, 22 sessions, 2x/week)

  • Location: Wheaton Academy Athletic Fields

  • Class Capacity: 15 Athletes per class

Wednesdays: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM (60 min, 11 dates)

Saturdays: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (60 min, 15 dates)

WHO THE CLASS IS FOR:

  • Gender: Male, Female

  • Ages: 16-22 y/o (10th, 11th, 12th Grade)(Collegiate)

  • D3 & Junior College Athletes (All Sports) seeking to enhance their athletic performance.

  • High School Athletes (All Sports) seeking to enhance their athletic performance and preparing to play college sports.

  • Sports: Football, Lacrosse, Baseball, Basketball, Track, Soccer

SESSION STRUCTURE:

  • Performance Warmup (10 minutes)

  • Speed Development Curriculum (45 minutes)

  • Performance Cooldown (5 minutes)
